Flat Bottom Jacketed Roasters
Flat bottom jacketed Roaster is superior for its easiness in operation and cleaning. Bottom discharge door ensures discharge of the material during operation. Maximum importance is given for hygiene. A top conical lid (optional) is provided with four removable doors. Motor and gear box is fixed at bottom to eliminate spillage to vessel from drives.

Two methods for heating this vessel is either by steam or thermic fluid. The fuel can be selected to match your heating system and availability. Sides and bottom of the vessel is well insulated with mineral wool and covered with stainless steel 304 grade steel to ensure maximum efficiency.
